Currentwave Electrical (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an Ontario-based electrical contractor with offices at 238 Birchmount Road, Unit 4, Toronto, ON M1N 3J7. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through service inquiries.
2. What we collect
When you submit a quote request, request emergency service, or otherwise contact us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and any details you share about the project. We do not collect payment information through this site.
3. How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and complete the work you have requested, and follow up on workmanship and warranty matters. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
4. Sharing
We may share information with our office staff, on-site electricians, and trusted partners (for example, an Electrical Safety Authority inspector or a manufacturer warranty agent) only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. All such parties are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses minimal first-party cookies for basic functional purposes (such as remembering preferred font sizes). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
6. Retention
Quote inquiries and project records are retained for the period required by Ontario contracting and tax law, generally seven years. You may request that we delete records that are no longer required by law at any time.
7. Your rights

We take reasonable physical, organizational, and electronic measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Email is not a secure channel by default. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email unless we have arranged a secure transfer method.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
